Easy Returns Process - 14 days to return for an exchange or full refund.

We’re confident that you will love your Earth and Elements piece, however if you find that any item you have ordered is unsuitable, then don’t worry, we have a flexible customer friendly exchange or refund returns policy.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. If you DO have an account, please use our NEW easy and fuss free self serve return / exchange request using the link below.

2. If you do NOT have an account , please notify us by email at hello@earthandelements.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Once your refund request has been approved, we will send you a link to our Royal Mail Portal where you can easily fill in a few details to arrange a collection (they bring you label), or alternatively you can print off a label and drop it off.  Easy Peasy!

PLEASE NOTE

  • A postage contribution of £4.00 per parcel will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of the postage (exceptions apply). We are a very small business and can unfortunately cannot afford to cover this. You can post items using your own choice of courier.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

1. If you DO have an account, you may email us as above or use our NEW easy and fuss free self serve return / exchange request using the link below. Please specify in the message comment its an exchange

2. If you do NOT have an account , please notify us by email at hello@earthandelements.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Once your exchange has been approved please send the piece back to the return address (scroll to the bottom). Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns labels for exchanges, but will send 1 exchange back to the specified for free. If a 2nd or third exchange is required, we will require payment for shipping.

4.Please carefully repack your order using the original packaging intact.

You will need to include a note stating your name and order number and details of the exchange (if not included online in the notes)

5.Please add your name on the back of the box.

6. Please ensure you purchase a tracked option.

PLEASE NOTE - Please ensure to specify details of the exchange if desired. If a ring exchange size is requested, please provide details in the refind request section . If the new exchange is of greater value we will send a payment link, if  of less value we will refund the difference.

FURTHER RETURNS AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete in original packaging. If the items show any wear, beyond what may be result of handling, a deduction will be made from your refund.

  • Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.
  • A postage contribution of £4 per parcel will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you would like to return the item yourself via another courier, please notify us and provide return tracking number.

If you choose to use an alternative courier, please obtain proof of postage as sadly we regret that we cannot take responsibility for items that fail to reach us or are insufficiently wrapped.

We aim to refund items within 5 working days of receipt.

Please note: For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable once opened.

Please note we highly recommend you are confident of ring choice prior to purchase . If in doubt of ring size, we do offer a FREE ring sizer available to order

Please ensure the item is sent in letterbox friendly packaging for smaller items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings for hygiene reasons

BESPOKE / CUSTOMISED ITEMS:

We cannot exchange or refund custom made items, it is also not always possible to re-size, so please ensure sizes are correct before ordering. We'd suggest using our ring sizer gauge before ordering. Free sizer available upon request

WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE?

Unfortunately as a small business we not not cover the full return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund, and therefore will deduct £4 form your balance. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective. 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. In this case, you must bear the cost of returning the item to us.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY ? Including spinner rings

Some of our products are very delicate, therefore very occasionally we do have faulty items. If this happens to you, please do get in touch with your order number, description and images of faulty product to hello@earthandelements.co.uk.

Kindly note that a fault does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect storage, or accidents that result in scratches or damaged settings.

SPINNER RINGS ...

It also does not include breakages to any part of an item including spinning bands on our spinner rings. We sadly can not replace or repair broken pieces of jewellery. We can not be accountable for any damage or breakages caused to your jewelry if the piece has been worn for any amount of time. We can not repair spinner rings however you maybe able to get a local jeweller to do this for you.

Fair wear and tear is not a fault and you have no right to return, refund or exchange if a problem arises because of failure to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase as this will fall under misuse. 

We in this instance can arrange for a free collection / return label to return the faulty item. Proof required.

JEWELLERY WARRANTY

All Earth and Elements Jewellery comes with a 6 month  warranty for peace of mind; during this period, we will repair or replace any piece of jewellery showing  manufacturing defects at no cost to you. 

Kindly note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect storage, or accidents that result in scratches or damaged settings.
