RETURNS | WARRUNTY
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
When returning any goods, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please carefully repack your order using the original packaging intact.
You will need to include a note stating your name and order number and whether you require an exchange or a refund.
Please add your name on the back of the envelope.
We will gladly send an exchange on any of our goods to you, free of charge (1st exchange only) and subject to availability.
Please post the parcel back to us and obtain a free proof of posting receipt. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for items that fail to reach us or are insufficiently wrapped.
We recommend that you take a copy of your dispatch note before returning it with your items. Please keep hold of your tracking details until you have received your refund. We aim to refund items within 1-5 working days of receipt.
Please note: For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable once opened.
BESPOKE / CUSTOMISED ITEMS:
We cannot exchange or refund custom made items, it is also not always possible to re-size, so please ensure sizes are correct before ordering. We'd suggest using our ring sizer gauge before ordering. Free sizer available upon request

WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE?
Unfortunately we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. In this case, you must bear the cost of returning the item to us.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
Some of our products are very delicate, therefore very occasionally we do have faulty items. If this happens to you, please do get in touch with your order number, description and images of faulty product to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are always happy to replace any jewellery that has a manufacturing fault. We are unfortunately not able to replace any jewellery that has been accidentally damaged or any damaged through fair wear and tear.
Fair wear and tear is not a fault and you have no right to return, refund or exchange if a problem arises because of failure to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase as this will fall under misuse. Please do not assume that because other items of jewellery that you may own tolerate a level of wear and tear that all items can be treated the same.
