Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

Please note that all handmade jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. Remember to avoid contact with water and remove your pieces when swimming, washing hands/dishes, being sport active or taking a shower. For cleaning use proper polishing cloth.

SILVER JEWELLERY:
- Clean pieces without stones and patina (dark blackening) using polishing cloth or silver jewellery cleaning solution.
- Pieces with stones and patina are more fragile and can be damaged (removed) by solutions, clean those gently using warm soapy water and polishing cloth and pat dry immediately.

Sizing details

RING SIZE

You can easily determine your ring size at any jewellery shop, simply ask for help in measuring your finger or ring that fits you well. You can also purchase a ring measuring stripe on the internet (very recommended as serves for years!). We can also provide a free ring sizer.

CHAIN LENGTH

Will be displayed in listing description.

BEADED BRACELETS

Some bracelets are fixed size, the information will be clearly visible in the listing description.
For the rest I'm using your wrist size. Please make sure that you take the exact size of your WRIST. You can use the flexible measuring tape or piece of string (take the size and check with the ruler). I will add some space for best fit.
If you need assistance with measuring, please contact me!

 Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our orders are hand packaged and decorated. We put a lot of thought and care into packaging as I find it as important as what it carries inside.

Can I return my ring?

1. You can return ready made ring. Contact me within 10 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

Is our silver jewellery hallmarked?

A: Items that contain over 7.78g of silver require hallmarking at the UK Assay office. There are very few of our designs that exceed this weight but any that do will be hallmarked.

HANDMADE ITEMS

Many Earth and Elements pieces are made by hand of a real person and not machine, using precious and semi-precious metals and natural stones. Small variations and imperfections in shape, size and colour may occur due to the nature of a handmade product.

This is a part of the charm of a handmade product and what makes each piece unique and one of a kind. These small variations will never affect the overall aesthetic of the jewellery pieces.
